Pricing is based upon the number of tenants and the amount of oversight required, as outlined in the lease agreement(s). In order to provide pricing, we will need to review the lease(s) and any applicable covenants, conditions, and restrictions or reciprocal easement agreements. Proposals are typically provided within 3-5 business days after the receipt of the necessary files.
